College football is full of great games, big rivalries and new and exciting talent. It all started way back in 1869 with Princeton becoming the first national champion, marking the start of a long and eventful 150 years. Since then the number of teams and Conferences have grown so that today college football is played to a high standard all across the country. And you can watch all the games live here on Reddit NFL Stream.
Although Princeton and Yale hold the top spots for national championships, they were all won in the early years. Recently other colleges have been successful with Alabama topping the list, followed by Michigan, Notre Dame and USC, and Ohio State coming on strong. Clemson are the current national champions after beating Notre Dame in the 2018 Cotton Bowl Classic and then going on to beat Alabama in the College Football Playoff National Championship to claim their third national title.
The preseason rankings have Clemson at number one and Alabama, champions in 2017, at number two. Georgia are placed third followed by Oklahoma and Ohio State. Just outside the top five is LSU and Michigan with Notre Dame, Texas and Auburn rounding out the top ten. Can Alabama get their revenge for last season or will one of the other teams break through?
Every year there are 39 bowl games in December and January, big and small. The six big bowls are, of course, the Rose Bowl, Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Cotton Bowl, Peach Bowl and Fiesta Bowl. A rotation system is used for semi final Playoffs and the national championship game. For the 2019-2020 season the semi final is at the Fiesta Bowl and the Peach Bowl, and the National Championship game is to be played on January 13 in New Orleans. Wherever you are or whatever college you follow make sure you catch all the main NCAA Division I FBS games here as well as all the Playoff action in the postseason on CFB Streams Reddit.
